NOTICE:
All building and Zoning permits must be and will be reviewed and issued by the Township Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer and/or Building Code Official.

NOTICE:
Submission of payment by applicant for any Township application and/or permit and acceptance and/or deposit of submitted payment by the Township does not constitute approval of any application and/or permit required by the Township.  Approval/Denial of any application and/or permit will be determined after the necessary review process for that application and/or permit has been made by the appropriate Township Department as required by Township Ordinance and/or Resolution or other requirements by law.  Applicant will receive notice of approved or denied  application and/or permit after the appropriate Department has completed the necessary review and approval of all documents and information provided by the applicant. 

* Applicant may be responsible for Permit Application review and miscellaneous fees exceeding the initial application fee(s).  Additional fees exceeding the initial applicaiton fee will be billed the the Applicant.

* Anytime you re-draw you property lines, or take a small piece from the original piece, you are subdividing.  Special planning documents relating to sewage are NECESSARY, required by your Municipality and the DEP.  These Planning Modules are arranged by contacting the Washington County Sewage Council.  Do this BEFORE having your survey approved by anyone.
