LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hopewell Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building located at 20 Parkview Road, Avella, Pennsylvania 15312 to hear the following:

To hear the petition of Grace Ensle, Owner/Operator with an address of 238 Willow Road, Avella, Pennsylvania 15312 who is requesting a Conditional Use for Agritainment  – located at 238 Willow Road, Avella, Pennsylvania 15312, and identified as Parcel I.D. Number 350-006-00-00-0014-06.

Interested persons may appear at the aforementioned hearing to offer testimony in favor of or opposition of the Conditional Use.  Only attorneys are permitted to represent individuals before the Board.  A property owner is permitted to represent themselves at the hearing.  Pertinent records may be inspected prior to the hearing at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building.
