PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Hopewell Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, intends to consider for adoption at its regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. located at Hopewell Township Municipal Building, 20 Parkview Road, Avella, PA 15312 the following ordinances:

AN ORDINANCE OF HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP,WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ENACTING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED NOISE AND DUST, BY PROVIDING REGULATIONS AND DEFINITIONS RELATED TO NOISE AND DUST STANDARDS.

A copy of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, during regular business hours, the Law Library in the Washington County Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, and the Observer Reporter at 122 S. Main Street, Washington, Pennsylvania, each day until adoption.
