Sellers must be residents of Hopewell Township
or West Middletown Borough.
Proof of residency for sellers is required.

Township Office at 724-345-3333.

Hopewell Township / West Middletown Community Yard Sale
- Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, Rain or Shine!
- Held at the Hopewell Township Park located by the Hopewell Township Building, 20 Parkview Road, Avella, PA 15312
- Must be a resident of Hopewell Township or West Middletown Borough to sell items.
- Proof of residency for sellers is required.
- Residents wishing to sell items must register with the Township Office no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2024. No one may sell items without registering with the township office.
- Please call 724-345-3333. Please provide the township with your name, phone number and e-mail address. Signed waivers are required to be assigned a spot in the sale. Waivers can be found on the Township Website: hopewelltownshippa.com
- Sellers will be responsible to provide their own table and/or tents.
- Sellers are responsible for the removal of trash and all sale related items at the conclusion of each day.
*The sale will coincide with the Spring Clean-Up Dumpsters being available for the township residents.
